Question about sadhana

Swamy Dayanandaji's Arsha Vidya Gurukula has come out

with a Vedic Heritage Teaching Programme. In one of

the books under the program, several prayers and way

to do puja is given. Those who are in India can have

access to the book very easily (available in most book

shops where shloka books are sold). Or you may contact

the local Arsha Gurukula office for more details.
