Guest guest
The first time I came into stillness was whilst doing the boring job of washing, as I watched the spindle in the centre of the paddle oscillate back and forth I suddenly realised that at the centre of the spindle there was nothing and all the atoms that made up the object were in motion around it. In that same moment I was the stillness and all else was happening in me. Although just prior to this I had always had an intense desire for Truth and a very enquiring mind i had fro a split second dropped it all, or to be more exact it all fell away and then IT happened, when "I" was not present. I can totally relate to what is being conveyed here, that the outer circumstances throw one back to centre, Avasa
