Dear members, i have known shriman ompremji for quite a long time now

and he is an 'asset' to any group - he practices hatha yoga and

teaches the same science in ottawea, canada . he is from the great

shivananda tradition whose motto is to -love, serve, realize and

meditate! may be in any orde, you prefer!!!

 

we are very fortunate to have him in our midst - he along with yogaji

can teach us the 'shivananda' path of 'love, serve, realize and

meditate."

Swami Sivananda's motto is "Serve. Love. Give. Purify. Meditate.

Realize."

 

Of those six injunctions, the first three are directed toward others.

The fourth can also involve others. As one develops their

appreciation of and interactions with others as fellow travellers

on the spiritual path and as expressions of Brahman, the inner

path of meditation can then take one further along the spiritual

path to direct experience of Brahman and direct experience of

being Brahman.
