I dunno where I have that I will check and post it if I find it. No they are not one and the same in the normal view point. Bhu devi is considered to be the spous eof Vishnu while Bhuvaneshvari is the spouse of Shiva. Bhu devi literally means earth.(it may have some esoteric meaning which in all possibility i am not aware of) Bhuvaneshvari means empress of all the worlds i.e 14 worlds and many millions more..
