If he is not enlightened, how does he got the name Buddha which means one who is intuitive, awakened, or enlightened. Even the Hindus considered him to be one of the reincarnation of Vishnu. Isn't Vishnu an enlightened one? "Considering that he advocates staying in the present moment, one could say that he did not transcend time and space" Is it perhaps that he advocates staying in the present moment and did not choose to transcend himself in time and space, because in his view everything is like energy everywhere all at one and eternally. The word true enlightment is still very much debatable isn't it. How does one define enlightment, and what more how does one distinguish as true enlightment and if there is true then there must be false. What is false enlightment?
