we missed you here as well as in other groups.... welcome back.

yes, parvati is known as the golden hued one - "gauri"

also, goddess mahalaksmi is known as "hiranmayee" the one whose colr

is like gold.

in kanakadhara stootram , ad isshankara describes sri mahalakshmi as

Suvarna varnam :She is possessing the colour of Gold.

yes, gold is an 'enticing' color! also the color of maya!!! that is

why , in ramayana, demon marichi appeared as the 'golden deer' thus

enticing sita devi - and shri rama went in search of this 'golden

deer' leaving sita devi all alone in the hermitage !!! so, gold is

the color of maya!!!
