Happy mothers day....

I didnt even know about mothers day till i left India and its nice to

have a special day reserved for someone who has nurtured and given

unconditional love.

Personally I lost my mother about a year ago and I miss her dearly

for she was not only my mother but my friend.I remember when i sent

her flowers she couldnt quite understand the significance of mothers

day;to her as ahe taught us that it shouldnt be just one day in the

year that a mother is "special",buying her gifts or taking her out to

dinner as it is normally done;it does strike me that the whole thing

has become too commercialised just like anything else.

I am fortunate to feel that everyday is "mothers day" for me,so

everyday is just as special as tomorrow !!!!!
