Guest guest
Greetings friends of shakti sadhana Just to let you know that nora55_1999 is out and thegoddessisinme2002 is in. Please continue to call me Nora. Ashwini is my daughter. Now to answer to some of the suggestions : bliswave17 : "I love this egruop. I have a community egroup on msn and have had very little problems with them. You may wish to look into moving over there' Thank you Liaya for rejoining our group. We will look into your suggestion. Merrlynnwiz "It must be a vulnerable feeling, like having your house robbed" Yes it feels like it Lynn. I was really shaken today morning when I checked into the group. It happen once sometime back, in which this particular person me from other groups, and then me to the weirdest place like the online romance group and several groups I couldn't imagine joining. Some of my friends especially the founders of the group where I was "unsubscibe" don't believe me when I told them that it is not me. I have changed my password many times, and yet it still happen. Ive contacted several friends of mine ( those in the network security ) told me that changing the password itself is not good enough. These hackers can do wonders. They can even get into your computer and able to retrieve your files, and cause other damages. What we really need they say is a software called Firewell. I just bought myself a new computer, supposedly very very good ( plentium 4 etc ) but are giving me so much problem, and then this. When will it ever stop !. kochu1tz : "since the unsubscribing seems to be a hacking effort will the moderators on their own add all members recently d be red witha question whether they want to or not. That is the only way to gather the whole family together again" Thank you kochuji. Obviously we would like to gather the whole family together again. And in my opinion we can send and invite to them, and let them come to rejoin us again. Now the last few days, if you have been reading Devi Bhakta message about the exodus of members leaving, the actual fact is that these members are `ghost' members. Their account have been abandoned or remain inactive for a long time. called it bouncing and they are all in the bouncing features of the group. We could easily reactivate them, but will it solve the problem? Isn't it better to let these member to reactive it themselves. Numbers do look good : 500 members etc, but does numbers tells us anything? Before I left my nursing career to go into a temporary retirement, I was doing research ( on Patient Falls ) and now Im doing accounting for the children home. These experience have made me realize that numbers can be very deceiving. We have to look beyond the numbers. With regards to those members being unsubscibe, in my opinion we can send them an invite and its up to them to rejoin us. And like blisswave17, she finds us because she love us. To me that is more important. Just few days ago we receive a message from a member of the group asking something like " how on earth do I get into this group? " and this particular member have been in the members list for sometime. Nevertheless any suggestions are welcome.
