Aikya said something interesting parenthetically about posting a picture of "Bhadrakali" from a ritual in Kerala. One of my guesses has been that there may be a geographical thing going on with South Indian/Bhadrakali and North India/Dakshina Kali. This would then be seperate from the technical tantric forms of Mother Kali as exemplified in the dhyaanam verses posted. In the meantime, the dhyaanam verses are beautiful and I've been absorbing them. Mother Kali is everything. She is all forms. She is sahasraakshii, the one with a thousand eyes shining through all of our human eyes and creature eyes and through shining thing. I'm off this afternoon to see my Beloved Ammachi in Santa Fe. I'll be gone ten days or so without internet access, so if anyone posts something regarding my question, my lack of response is not due to neglect.
