Karunamayi (Bhagavati Sri Sri Sri Vijayeshwari Devi)

Friends,

Karunamayi will be in the Chicago, Illinois area July 28-July 30. Is

there any one in this forum who is planning to go see Her when She

comes into my area? I am planning on attending almost all the

darshans on this date, and if any one is planning also to go, please

email me if you can.

For those who do not know of Karunamayi, you can check this website

I have been attending darshans with Amma (Karunamayi) now for a

number of years, and the divine love She showers upon me makes me

weep.

Here is a quote in her book, "Blessed Souls - 2, The Teachings of Sri

Karunamayi", p. 69:

"Ask Mother for liberation from anger, liberation from all negative

qualities, and for real wisdom, the spiritual wisdom to touch the

eternal Bliss. That is Saraswati. Saraswati reveals to us through

our behavior, our words, our lives, and our hearts that rare

fragrance of Knowledge--Divine Knowledge, not ordinary knowledge. We

have general knowledge, but Divine Knowledge is not easily available

in this world. It is always inside the _hridaya akasha_, our heart."

I also wish to thank those who prayed for the person I mentioned some

time back (at least I believe it was in this group that I had

requested prayers) who is having a lot of physical health problems.

Your continued prayers would be so appreciated...it has not been easy.
