Guest guest
A line in one Upanishad says, "Deep in the heart of Siva lies Vishnu, and deep in the heart of Vishnu lies Siva." Now I consider Siva an embodiment of Purusha suktam as he is the self sacrificing of purusha in rupa. Well so also is Vishnu in a huge sense. I think the intellect promotes visions upon the devas to give them personalities but they are more like forces. If you were Christian you might see St Francis. I guess I want objectivity to whatever degree. I think blue bindu is Siva but because Muktananda tells me so. Krishna is also blue. I know Devi because she is Gauri - golden, so I don't need to guess. But methinks blue bindu would have been Narayana to mMuktananda if he was a Vaishnava. So in essence I'm asking if you have seen the form in BB and see Siva. Thanks for corresponding. The reason why is I'm doing a blue bindu with either Siva or Vishnu in it, and the other Mahadev surrounding it. Either Vishnu will have a Siva bindu within, or Shiva will have a Narayana bindu within. I prefer the latter. I am making a mandala in my temple room, painting my fave deities on the walls themselves. It's great fun. I was thinkiing also of installing the deities too and letting them have a permanent abode in my very houses walls. What do people think of this idea? - thegoddessisinme2002 Tuesday, August 13, 2002 9:40 AM Re: Blue Bindu Shiva, dashiki_djibouti Om shanti Sponsor shakti_sadhnaa
