Bottom line is ....for me anyway..... Every moment of every day I believe

that I am *in choice* about how I live out that moment. By the same token,

every thing that I choose to put into my mouth and into my body is a choice

.....and no choice, I believe, is a choice. Being responsibile for what shows

up in my life can be embraced more fully when I choose to be responsibile

for what choose to fuel my body with . This is a concept that most people

would rather not own.

Allowing your *wanter* to change will allow you to be peaceful with your

choice. What I am saying is that when you make a lifestyle change, you

are essentially saying ...I *want* something different in my life. If this

is

true you will take action to match your choices of action with that which you

way you *want*. Viewing food as *fuel* is an interesting concept. If you

were

an automobile, what kind of an automobile would you be? If you were a

Mercedes, would you put *sugar* in your gas tank? What you *feed* yourself

*feeds* every living cell in *your* body...

Blessings and joyful thoughts as you choose .......

And healthy eating for your soul and your cells...

Namaste' and love to all...

She who LOVES fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains.

Vegetarian Anne, your words have been filed away for easy access in

the event Maya decides to foist a 'meat attack' on me. Today

(coincidentally, Raksha Bandhan) seems to be a big learning day for

me. Lady shaktis on S.S., I salute you!

yes, someday I will gaze upon a broccoli or brussel sprout with real

longing and gastronomic bhakti...
