I just had the chance to read 'Men and Shakthism' and 'What is Shakthism' in the

articles section on the homepage. And I really enjoyed them. You have written

down what I feel personally and I doubt that I would be so coherent if asked to

explain those views. Please pen downmore articles!!

Thank you for your kind words about the new Mahishasura Mardini page

at the Group Homepage. I'm pretty sure we've got the Kalikamba

Stotram around somewhere to add to the Kali page when it's ready. One

of Nora's pet projects is to add a complete colletion of Devi

Stotram, Devi Krithis, etc., to the homepage, linked to all the

appropriate presentation pages.

 

As for the 'What is Shaktism' and 'Men and Shaktism' articles, I'm

really glad you liked them. I will write more I'm sure; it comes in

cycles. In the meantime, my first priority is to dig out the existing

articles -- written by all different people -- that are buried deep

in our Group message archives, and to give them a permanent place on

our articles homepage. Group posts tend to be ephemeral, but their

content is sometimes astonishing -- I'm continually knocked out by

the spiritual and intellectual calibre of our membership. Their

contributions should be preserved in a more permanent form.

 

Again, thank you for your compliments and words of encouragement.

Having been a journalist for years, I am used to writing into a

vacuum. You rarely know if anyone read your work, or liked it -- it

just disappears into the public domain. Then one day someone comes up

and says, 'Hey, that article you did on [fill in the blank] was

incredible. It was just what I needed to hear!' Makes it nice. But

the motivation here is part of my sadhana -- we do the best we can

and leave it to Devi to see that the people who need it eventually

find it, and that the things we get wrong eventually get corrected.

 

So thanks again for your kind words and support, It means a lot.
