Shuchita, aachman, asan, pranayam, dhyan, and rescitation of the Durga Saptashati would also do wonders. It will hold your hand and guide you step by step to her lotus feet surely, while you will continue to pass from the first bhaava to the eighth, if it is her wish. Namo Durge.
