As suggested I visited a local Indian market last night and found that there is a Navaratri event in a local suburb at a Middle school. It's being held on 4 nights 11 & 12, 18 & 19 and I believe that it's related to festivals in Gujarat. I don't know anything else about it, but I do plan on attending. Thank you all for your guidance here. Also, I have been bringing home a fresh red rose every day to set before my own image of Durga.
