Guest guest
Namaste, In all the images that I have seen (not that many!) where Durga is riding on a tiger there is a small design element that looks like an extended triangle at one of the tiger's paws. Can anyone tell me what that is? Blessings, pr

Guest guest
Namaste Prainbow! Generally there are two types of yantras-yantras with a geometric pattern representing the deity(most commonly used) and yantras with numbers(the most common ones are magic squares with the numbers in columns/rows/diagonals all adding to the same number). Yantras with numbers are not that powerful but yield very quick results. This Durga yantra is a kind of a number yantra. I have a vague memory that it has something to do with the navadurgas(i may be mistaken on this though) Aum Namasivaya yogaman -- In , "prainbow61" <paulie-rainbow@u...> wrote: > Namaste, > > In all the images that I have seen (not that many!) where Durga is > riding on a tiger there is a small design element that looks like an > extended triangle at one of the tiger's paws.
