Guest guest Posted November 8, 2002 Report Share Posted November 8, 2002 The moderators are grateful to members who have taken their time to post articles and occasionally chapters from books & journals for the reading pleasure of our members here. But I wish to bring attention to all that has assigned a limited space for our message board, and that is 512 MB for every group. Currently we have used up only 3% of the space allocated. What happen when the group has reached its maximum? The old messages of the group will be automatically deleted. It happens in several other groups and I do not wish it to happen in our group. So I would like to request members to download these articles (especially those with 20KB and more) automatically in the file section of the group and make the necessary announcement. Or you can send the file to the moderators and we will do it for you. Thank you for your kind understanding and support. Alternatively you can also change it to special notices features. As moderators of this group I understand your troubles, because you are not the only members who face the same problem. That is why I posted the message on the posting guidelines. Just imagine if one group or one email from the group takes up 50MB of your mailbox, what if you have more than 10 groups.
