Please dont congratulate me right now Yoga man, i am still stuck in

the cycle of my fears . I hope one day ( in the near future ) i will

be able to come fully out of it , then will i be worthy of

a "congratulation". I surely need the support of my loved ones as a

pillar of strength, but help I can do only by myself in the physical.

i am missing my friend so much at the moment.

Thank you for ur breathing exercises.
