an erratic thought, perhaps !

When Susheela asked Sudhama to approach Krishna for help in the face

of their poverty,

Sudhama said:

"The Lord Who is worshipped by tulasi and Who gives food for

sustenance of the toad in stone and the babe in womb ,will He fail to

feed your hungry children and vanish? No way."

Now, my erratic thought.this evening , I felt itching on both my arms

and instantly knew it was the clever mosquitoes again, who were at

work.Look, I don't know even whether these children of God have eyes

or not!(I always managed to get a couple of marks over the pass mark

in biology !, but my intelligence stopped at that level.)But one

thing I have seen, these doctor-brothers or nurse-sisters, whenever

they have to take a sample of blood , have mostly taken blood sample

from the region which also seems to be the hunting ground for our

mosquito brothers and sisters.

I was reminded of Sudhama's reference to the Lord's kindness in

feeding everyone of His creations!

yes, shri brahmadeva!

a beautiful post! the god feeds each creature acoording to their

appetite... so, in the kingdom of god, both ant and elephant receive

food - each according to the size of their appetites!!

on another note, --- the student also receives from the guru what he

is capable of receiving and the teacher also imparts the knowledge

the student is capble of receiving!!

thank you as always !

ps - btw, thanks for the lovely email on 'vinaya' loved the quote!!
