Guest guest
Namaste_()_ 21st December 2002 It was on this day ,19 yrs ago that the woman who gave birth to me passed away. My Mother, Kalavathi, died of brain tumor on this day. Her birthday falls in the month of June. Both times are very difficult for me. The past two years especially more. On this day that marks her 19th death anniversary , I wanted to share her memory with you'll. A poem that speaks my thoughts - An Ode To My Mother I have a love for you that spans the course of time the gift of life you gave me for your loving touch I pine I know you did for me what you believed was best and that your heart was broken when they took me from your breast I have so much to tell you where I have journeyed matters nigh I desire only you to hold me and in your arms to cry I could never tell you.... where my path has been and I long for when I see you to feel your love again so to the woman who gave me life I have one thing to say your love for me i've felt each and every day I know my mother loved me she gave me life you see even in her illness she smiled her courage is part of me I have always felt her love for me so strong I cant wait to be in her arms for this day i long................ I love you mother wherever you may be.... until then Mother Earth is taking care of me. Amma I really miss you. My only regret in life is that I never got to know you or have any memories of you. I grew up watching other kids with their parents, and cried for you. Only you know and have seen all I've gone through. I am sorry for all the times I have lashed out in anger for watching me in pain down here. I feel you in spirit with me all the time. And I need your comforting arms at this stage of my life more than I did when I was 3. I love you amma. Thanks all. love and blessings Sudha (Valarmathi)...... Guest guest
Dear Ashwini Thank you. I posted my feelings in another group where there are people who i immensely love and care for, and nobody responded ,not even my loved ones. It hurts immensely. Thank you for being the only one who has recognised my loss and shown respect to my mother's memory on this day. love and blessings Sudha. , "Nora <ashwini_puralasamy>" <ashwini_puralasamy> wrote: > Dear Sudha (Valarmathi) > > Thank you for sharing the beautiful poem. Guest guest
Namaste Sudha! Not many responded not because they are cold and heartless, but are not sure of how to respond. Since two 'mothers' have already hugged you, take this as a blessing from a brother- on this day, my thoughts are sincerely with you. Take care Yogaman , "sudha_154 <sudha_sofan>" <sudha_sofan> wrote: > Dear Ashwini > Thank you.
