I'd like to learn more about these, if you are happy to teach? Any or all questions you answer would be great. What do you mean by a life of serenity? Conscious calming? How do you actively live a life of contentment? Is the concept of detachment in relation to all aspects of life? Are you attached to your deities? What would you recommend as a meditation practice? If you feel comfortable sharing, how and how often do you meditate? The restraints and observances are fairly well described in other literature, but do you have other comments? Why do you think these work to invite Grace into our lives? Is it a 'reward' system of sorts from deity, or a physical change that we effect in ourselves?
