I think my group would be of some interest to the members of this group. Basically, I send out messages twice a day, and they fall into one of three categories.. a relaxation/de-stressing exercise, a simple exercise to work on your inner being, or a musing on a particular topic (forgiveness, grief, gratitude, etc.) In the past month, I have included a third eye meditation, an exercise for the Vishuddha (neck chakra), herbal remedies for coughs and colds, numerous stretching exercises, and acupressure points for colds and congestion. Musings have touched on gratitude thankfulness, releasing anger and the value of mindfulness. It is a forum in which I alone post.. it is not a discussion group. It is not religion-based. All religions are welcome - there is no reference to Christ as opposed to Allah or Krishna. The exercises/musings I provide are valid across boundaries of race or religion - gratitude is valuable whether you are an Indian or an Eskimo. The exercises I provide are quick and easy, require no additional materials, and can be done in less than five minutes a day. I am not selling anything. The Group membership is free, there is no promotional material of any sort. This is strictly a labor of love. You couldn't pay me even if you wanted to.
