Dear Brothers and sisters,

 

There is a chandra grahanam- total lunar eclipse on

the night of May 15th(in the US), during day time of

May 16th( in India).

 

In the US the approximate timings are 10-12pm EST and

7-9pm PST.

 

Mantra recitation during an eclipse is 100 times more

fruitful than otherwise, so everyone should try to

make use of this opportune time. Japa should ideally

be carried on much before and after the eclipse

period.
