Meaning:

Seems to be the One with lotus decoration to head.

Seems to be the One Who Himself became the three

worlds.

Seems to be the One Whose eye resembles the fragrant

lotus.

Seems to be the One Who plays in hand kallavaDam.

Seems to be the Youthful Who rejoices the footmanship

of the servants (devotees) who seek the forest of

stemmed lotus.

Seems to be the One Who kept the Feet-lotus on the

flower (of heart).

He is the Self manifest Lord of thiruAkkUr.

 

Notes:

1. "koDiththAmarai..." could be explained as the

devotees who seek lotuses in the forest to offer to

God. Or the yogis who seek the forests of stemmed

lotuses. (lotuses - the chakras, stem - susumna).

2. While the Feet of God is explicitly stated as

Lotus, the flower is put for implicit understanding

that it is the lotus of heart chakra.

3. kallalagu - kallavaDam - a percussion instrument;

pANi - hand; kuRREval - attendant who does

miscellaneous services; thAn thOnRi - name of God in

thiruAkkUr.
