Guest guest
> "supposedly" superior aryan "invaded" india but it is likely that > they settled in.. Okay. I can agree with this. Invasion or inward migration is pretty much the same thing, differing only in the relative social positions of the migrants afterwards. As for the rest of your arguments, they are mere assertions with weak assumptions and no evidence. Who said that the peoples of Central Asia or southern Russia were starving 4000 years ago? I have seen no evidence either supporting nor refuting this. These people were nomads, probably riding horses. They could easily have migrated from southern Russia across Central Asia, and over the Khyber Pass into India, leaving their homes behind. Whether they did this peacefully, coming to India in much the same manner as I moved from India to the USA 25 years ago, or as militaristic conquerers is impossible to determine. I am Indian. My husband is an American of European ancestry. He is certainly not an anti-indian racist; he married an Indian and worships Kali alongside his wife quite frequently. He has studied such matters in great detail for many years. Why would he support this position if it is a lie that has been disproved? The answer is that it has not been disproved, despite the efforts of some people to claim this. Sister Usha
