Meaning:

(I) Said, "Giving the deer like glorious caN^kili, You

blessed with all the benefits out of it", and asked,

"Oh the Lord Who gave birth to all the worlds, Are You

here in this veNkOyil ?" He blessed (me) with a stick

and said, "(We) Are there. Go on".

 

Notes:

1. This was sung when cundhar who lost the sight of

both the eyes, went to worship the God amid all

hardships at thiruveNpAkkam. There the Lord gave a

stick as a support to the ailing devotee and gave him

the word, "I am there, Go ahead !"
