Guest guest
Kashmiri Shivites insist that it is remembrance that refines cognition and leads to expansion of consciousness, and without it consciousness would remain contracted. In the Siva-Parvati myth, it is Siva who has momentarily forgotton that Parvati is none other than Sati or Daksayani, while Parvati has known all along of her previous birth and her destiny of being reunited with Siva. Siva's remembrance is brought about by the persona of Parvati, her penance, and her successful withstanding of the interrogation by Siva in disguise. So in another words, it is remembrance or smarana which was brought about by the Darpana ( mirrior ) of Parvati leads Siva to a cognition in which he sees himself. Any attempts on this one ? Guest guest
Respected Madam, You have sent a beautiful post on the Cosmic Manifestation - from Subtle to Gross. The basis of 36 tattavas have also been well covered. However it should be borne in mind that these are explanations for an ever enquiring mind to learn the process from gross to subtle. As per TRISORBHAIRAV ( text not available ) there are only 3 tattavas. Shiv, Shakti and Nar. At higher level there is only one tattava - SHIV tattava. As per the Abhinabagupta, recognition means liberation. Pranam! Virendra.
