Blessings,

I have read his book Kali Puja and I have his books Durga Puja, Devi Gita and

Chandi Path. They are very good books. My only thoughts are, if you have not

done Puja or know much about it you may want to start with something simple. I

bought the Kali Puja book first but I had a hard time understanding how

everything was done. The book seems to be a bit confusing in that I need

something a bit more organized, but the prob is more than likely due to the

translation process. I'm not sure. That is why I bought the Durga Puja book. It

is very small and intended for beginners and made things a bit easier to

understand.

If however you are an intermediate and have puja understanding than I would say

yes. It is full of wonderful information! Well worth the buy.

In Light and Love,

I would like to know if someone of you has read the books by Swami Satyananda

Saraswati:

Kali Puja

Cosmic Puja

Samasti Upasana

Are they good, or would you recommend another author?

Namaste to all ,

I do not know anybody else could do justice to the the deities below as Swamiji

have . But please go to shreemaa.org to listen to online clasesse free and

judge for yourself.

Swami Satyananda always says" the understanding is according one's own

spritual evolution"

Thus I find it good but some find it different . Let us not cloud your mind with

our understanding. The excerpts are available free at website above .

On Cosmis Puja there is no other author as Swamiji learnt it from his guru and

it is based from Chandi Path................

Kali Puja book according to Kali Mandir ,Sister Elizabeth Usha Harding it is a

good extensive book.Chandra Alexandreji feels the same but both have their own

traditional of Kali puja as well. You could get Kali worship (very basic ) of

Swami Bhajananda from Kali Mandir and lesson on Maa Baatakali worship lesson

from Alexandre. Then again we have Ferment author Brother Colin Robinson way of

worship as well. So it comes down to basically you have to make your mind

yourself........................

Jai Maa!!!
