Dear Friends:

Shakti Sadhana has come of age. We are 900+.

Now it is time we started discussing serious matters.

we are supposed to discuss sadhana. So lets do it.

will some one start asking questions on what is sadhana and let some

knowledgable member start answering.

What is sadhana?

How does one start it?

what are the requirements?

what are the practical methods?

What can be done in the basence of a Guru?

Hello Kochu and All:

 

In response to kochu's message, I think sadhana is individual

spiritual practice, and also, sharing information as in this group,

and outside this group. For me, sadhana consists of mantra,

yoga, reading various and many materials about spirituality and

about being, listening to and creating music and other creative

works, learning about and participating in the world and in

relationships, and working inside myself, as well as with others,

to create a better world and better relationships, My sadhana has

been strengthened since I joined this group from the

communication and information offered by the members. I feel

that sadhana creates balance between inner and outer.
