RESPECTED LEARNED ONES......,

well, as usual i usually keep off the discussions ... as i personally

have no knowledge & is neither a true seeker :P.. still, since i read

AKKAS post regarding "Im" bija , somehow could not take it out of my

mind .

well, from what came immediately to my mind , was what i have heard &

learnt over & again ... that is "EE" is shakti herself , whereby its

the SHAKTI of SHIVA too & if we remove "I" from SHIVA (hindi) , it

becomes "SHUV" meaning dead.... so .. on this general note i guess ,

we can agree that "Im" is DEVI HERSELF .. & then when i kept on

trying to analyse , i recalled having read somewhere "Im" is also

considered to be YONI bija.......& if we read the hindi transltion of

DEVYA ATHARVA SHIRSHAM there "EE" is shown as bija for KAMALA

(DURGA SAPTASHATI BY GITA PRESS)

well.. DUNNO why i decided to post... but yes am sure there are ome

highly learned ones here who would decide of actually gracing us by

showering knowldge ..

....

There is a phonetic parallel in the Jewish Kabbalah, the part that

is attuned to the Goddess, the Mother. In Hebrew, amah which has a

dark sound means sterile Mother, while imah which has a bright sound

means fertile Mother. The difference is the insertion of the letter

yod, making the "ee" vowel sound. The Shiva/shava thing reminds me

of this.

In the case of Shiva, the vowel i representing Shakti makes the

difference between the god and a corpse. In the case of the

Kabbalistic Mother, the letter yod is understood as the male lingam,

which fertilizes Her. In either case, the insertion of this vowel

points to the Hieros Gamos (the Sacred Marriage). Tantrika viras,

please take note.

To All Readers,

The true meaning of Bijakshers, like ïmmm""or Ëmmm" changes according to

the bhavna of the sadhaka. There can not be a constant meaning. Though in

language many a meaning or "Arth" is given Immm is the ultimate like Para

vidya "Sow:" the true meaning is given by only the guru to his sisya as

per his level of self realisation.
