Guest guest
For greater understanding, Pieter explains things very well http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/ Kundalini is the hair of the beloved and when two of the five vayas (winds of the body) Prana (in the air but not of the air) and Apana (eliminative force) are mixed the heat awakens this kundalini force. She goes from her home between the third and fourth lumbar vertibrae down to muldhara and is turned by the lock mulbahand. She rises up and unties the knots, activates the swirling nadis we call chakras and travels up sushumna along the siver cord. Udiyanabhand helps keep her up and jalundrabhand channels the energy into the head where she causes a dance of light and color between the pituitary and the pineal glands that cause the crown to open and the Bliss to be known. Do not stay meditating at the crown for more than 2.5 hours or you will leave your body and not return. Keep Up Sat Jiwan Singh
Guest guest
Dear friends, I am reading something like this. would someone kindly clarify. We say the prana & apana has to mix & the mixture of the same forces the kundalini sakti to go up from muladhara to saharar chakra forcing itself through the chakras & granthis. Having a little knowledge of circulation, all we is know is that prana is something to do with lungs. Maximum it pushes the lung diapharm wall up & down.Apana is something like vayu formed within stomach/ intestine used for movment / digestion of food & expulsion of bowels. After stage the of lungs only it is the blood which carries oxygen to all the parts of the body. then how does these mix at all & incase you say this is gaseous exchange of blood circulation then why only the stomach this is everywhere.or I am missing something.please do respond.. with warm reagards shankar The New with improved product search
