I heard that Rama asked IndrA to use this krithya to make all the monkeys that have died to come back into being. I've a question - When can one use this krithya ? Wont it be against nature to use this krithya as death to any being at any point of time is normal and is already fixed by the almighty. As well, death is after-all shedding one's body to either get Moksha or to get to the next birth. As triyambakaswara the mrutyu jaya mantra is for him. why the said sentence of lalitha saharnama cannot mean " lalitha as a witness to comic death dance of shiva which happens at end of every yuga". please comment. Regarding death --- Even in the aruna prashna soorya namaskaram we say death occurs due to agni,vasu & surya the death by agni & vasu can be remedied by mani,manthra,oushada (gems,prayer,medicine) but not by surya which again is para mrityu. Again I read elsewhere even para mritya can be conquered by chanting SRI Rudrham along with mritunjaya homa though i am not sure. There is nothing in this world useless... If ever i had varuna astra i will not think twice to shoot this on redhills tamilnadu so that we can have plenty water to drink.Think of the poor plants,birds, animals who dont have access to drinking water lorry facility. we can think of using bale-athibale mantram at a place like somalia where there is no food & people have to survive there.nothing in this world is waste if properly used & we dont want something to be lost hence we should know how to do prayoga for everthing so that we can use them lest we forget them totally.if people misuse something than let us remember the fate of aswathama there is no escape. with warm regards shankar Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted October 15, 2003 Report Share Posted October 15, 2003 Dear prasad, As per several astrological text there are various period where i person meets death. we would have heard of several people just touching death & coming back strongly & some people just could not pass the test & dies. See by dint of of karma we may limit death to some extend provided this is not para mrityu which is a certain mrityu. that is why we are being advised time & again on sath kama,sath karma, sath sankalpa etc death by agni - excess of heat in the body say high blood pressure or because of excess heat of the stomach u have complications & die death by vayu - gas can cause death windy complaints, gas in stomach these can be corrected by medicines,mantra, gems subject to the fact u have good karma in store than u may get darshan of ur great guru or ur holy diety may save u. we see cases where to do sudden dearth of medication a person dies so this has become para mrityu for him. but one thing is para mrityu caused by soorya this cant be avoided being the measurer of time. here also we hear if lord shiva blessings are there sometimes we may escape but this is very rare. but they say mrunjaya homa is very efficasious are per shastras if done correctly with warm regards shankar --- Prasad Balasubramanian <besprasad wrote: > Can you kindly elaborate Mrityu by agni,vasu & surya > and what does each mean and how are they related to > para mrityu.
