Guest guest
There are countless texts. The most elemental is undoubtedly the Devi Mahatmyam (a/k/a "Durga Saptashati, or simply "Chandi"). Many other important texts (from the vast Devi Bhagavatam Purana to the concise Mahishasura Mardini Stotram) ultimately derive from Devi Mahatmyam. The Lalita Sahasranama is also essential.
