Guest guest Posted December 6, 2003 Report Share Posted December 6, 2003 dear shakti sadhaks, i have heard from a friend that this group has many people with volumes of real knowlwdge.i didnt get a answer for my previous posting about shinnamasta i really hope that this will be answered. i have read swami shivnandas book about "khechari" in kundalini yoga and practised according to that.i have done the initial process of cutting frenum lingui many times and it dosent exist in my mouth anymorre.but nowadays my toungue seems to have stopped growing .initially there was a little progress i was able to touch the tip of my nose but no luck beyond that stage.and there is also a problem in talking fast bcos of the elongated toungue.what additional steps i would have to take to elongate the tongue.can anyone kindly guide me on this. jai gurudev soham aditya hegde Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
