Nora and the Group-

 

Thank you for the work you do for this group. I'm glad I found this

group this year. It has been a blessing.

 

It has caused me to rethink and re-feel many areas and things in my

life that I had not considered this year. My own Protestant and

American background has gone through a re-evaluation and revision.

I'm looking at women, sexuality and spiritualy much differently.

 

What I have come away with, too, is that some of the ideas about

Tantra taught here in the states is "wrong" in terms of its

particular emphasis. I'm not sure if that is the result Rajneshism

or the mix of the Human Potential Movement What I get from the

posting and the readings is that spirituality is the issue first. It

is through the woman that a man can explore [his] spirituality.

 

There seems to be a purity of purpose here with this group. It is

good to read the posting of women (as a man) and to see the

candidness of the writers. MEN DO NOT GET TO HEAR OR READ.

 

And you are so intelligent and thoughtful. So this is my thanks to

you at the end of the year. Have a really blessed New Year.

On behalf of Nora and the group, I'd like to thank you for your kind

message. It is an honor and pleasure to try and serve Devi through

this group and the homepage, and expose more people to Her path.

 

However, it is the nature of any such undertaking that we inevitably

hear more about what people *don't* like than what they do like. And

quite honestly, that kind of critical feedback is essential if we

are to grow and improve in our efforts.

 

But it is truly gratifying and incredibly humbling to hear about

someone like yourself finding value and pleasure in our work, and I

thank you for taking the time to express your appreciation so

eloquently.

I don't have a lot of criticism about the group. There is a lot of

freedom here and openness that you don't experience in a lot of other

groups. That requires a lot of trust.

 

With the men, I notice we get a bit rambunctious and off topic from

time to time but if you want something lively and real it sometimes

has to go off the charts. If you notice, things achieve some sort of

resolution and it continues on. That is healthy.

 

The women here are so impressive. They are articulate, they seem

self actualized. They ask the difficult questions and answer

them. The "real" world matters, too. It is a refreshing breeze.

 

And you too be blessed in the coming year and years beyong.
