"The Khecaris are particular Shaktis or Yoginis that mediate the descent of the

universal consciousness into the individual. The Khecaris operate the sphere of

consciousness. The other Shaktis in this classification are Gocaris, Dicaris and

Bhucaris who respectively operate the spheres of the psyche, the outer senses

and the external world."

So is written in a book I read.
