Mantra to be wealthy & healthy

"Please tell me any manthra for become wealthy & healthy."

 

Our Mantra Expert is away for a while now. Now if its me, this is

what I will do :a very simple and direct way. Sit infront of Lakshmi

Devi and ask her. If you are meant to be a wealthy man, than you will

be. Health is itself wealth. Learn to take care of your health well

and that is your wealth. We can give you mantra after mantra for

health but if you cannot or do not learn to take care of your body,

what is the point. DEVI help those who help themselves.

 

But If you want to refer to books, there is one in the market

called : Practicals of Mantras and Tantras by L.R Chawdhiri. In it

consist of all the mantras : for wealth, education. I have this book

but I never use it. Read it for fun.

A favorite <shloka> to Durga Ma goes:

 

Ayur dehi dhanam dehi vidyam dehi

Maheshvari

samastamakhilam dehi

dehi me Parameshvari

 

(Give health, give wealth, give wisdom

O Great Lady!

Give all manner of good things

and give them to ME, O Supreme Goddess!)

 

I call this the "Gimme Prayer." It works, if you approach the Goddess

with humility and a sense of humor.

Mantras for wealth and health could be Lakshmi Mantras such

as "OM Sri Maha Lakshmyai Namah". This is a Moksha Mantra

so you would achieve the spiritual wealth of liberation in addition

to material abundance.

 

Health comes with from pure attitude. Selfishness or ego of any

kind impedes the flow of prana and results in physical and

mental imbalances. Japa or Mantra repetition can remove

impurities and allow prana to flow unimpeded. However, one's

Karma may determine that the body will not be healthy in this

incarnation. Then the task is bear the situation with equinimity,

and neither regret, nor wishing for an improvement. These only

result in more Karma accruing to you.

 

Also, other Moksha Mantras could bring wealth and health. For

example, if you are a creative person, doing Japa with a

Saraswati Mantra, such as "OM Aim Saraswatyai Namah" could

unleash your creative powers and bring wisdom. With your

creative powers unleashed, you could become financially

successful in some field of the arts or music.

 

Your Moksha Mantra would depend on what talents you were

born with, what obstacles you are here to overcome, what Deity

you are drawn to and how you relate to that Deity. Choose

intuitively or seek out a Gura to guide you.

 

An excellent book on Mantras is "Mantras and Meditation" by

Swami Vishnu Devananda. It is available from any Yoga center

or ashram mentioned in Sivananda.org.
