an incident and a warning

I write this mail sadly.

 

I was interacting with a purported young man (we are not sure whether it is a he

or she on the name nor whether young or old) who claimed that he was a great

tantric.

 

I always smiled at the claims. But I thought he was genuine. He had fantastic

stories to tell and I thought maybe if half is true he is OK.

 

But as the interaction progressed his (?) thoughts became more and more

disoriented and it turned out that everything was just a fantasy of lazeabout

not willing to do anything. (If half his story is to be believed).

 

He seems to have been thinking that he need not study, he need not work and

everything will be brought to him by the power of mantras. Nothing was being

“brought” despite three years of effort. So he was frustrated. This seems to

have disoriented the already borderline mind. He had disjointed and selective

memory and cognition and from the nuggets that fell from him I think he is a

known mentally unstable person.

 

But the tall talk of such persons can mislead gullible persons. Thus he will not

only destroy himself but also others. He has no real guru. It’s all in his head.

He regurgates what he has read at other sites as "his" knowledge and experience.

He lives in a fantasy world that we are familiar with in certain circumstances.

 

My suggestion is thus we take everything on the net with caution and accept that

which is acceptable and reject the fantastic. Go slow and steady and realize

HER. Hence I think the need for personal interaction with a GENUINE guru.

 

When I stopped interacting with him he pretended to be a woman and wanted to

flirt with me. He did not know that I already knew both are one and the same

person. It was so easy considering his disjointed style of talking.

 

He also went after one of the moderators with what intention I know not.

 

Such people are a danger to the spiritual world and should be shunned. Be very

careful as to with whom you interact that’s my prayer. Do not believe fantasic

stories and get carried away. On the net it is a virtual Maya
