Where did you come from?. After a certain amount of time, when you meditate, the awarness shifts from the present conditions, starting with the surroundings where you are sitting, your emotional state of mind, your conditions in life. These are not what you are, but this is the starting point. So if you have problems at work, these will occupy the surface and the awareness would be caught in this layer for sometime. But once you have dived in, it brings you memories, awareness of the spots in space-time where you experienced the base-line state of mind which you are currently experiencing in your dhyana. And diving further you go back to the womb, where did you come from, who did you come from.What was the shakti which gave birth to you?. What was the place which gave birth to you?. What was her aspiratons, what kind of child did she desire. What kind of surroundings did she have?.Start finding this out to know who you are.
