Kunzang Rinpoche is one of Tibet's last great Tertons or revealers of hidden

treasure teachings. He is a master of Vajrayana, with rare spiritual power and a

deep compassion for all life. His current healing tour will help fund his many

projects for the hundreds of nuns and monks which he supports in India. His

unique tour will include healing Chö, which has wonderful benefits in this and

future lives, as well as spiritual practices one can use for daily

transformation. He is accompanied by seven of his most accomplished lamas and

nuns as well as his personal translaotor. Rinpoche has a special affinity for

Topanga Canyon, where he previously revealed his Garuda healing treasure, the

mythic Tibetan Bird of Healing Wisdom.

We will greet Kunzang Rinpoche, one of Tibet's last great Tertons, on his third

visit to America. He will talk about how peace, insight and compassion can

May 1-2: Sat-Sun 10 -5 pm HEALING CHO: Clearing Obstacles & Karma

Tibetan Chö is a unique healing practice, nurtured in Tibet for a millennium. It

converges the elemental power of shamanism and the profound wisdom of Tantric

Buddhism. The ceremony, employing a special healing song, its rhythm and

symphonic sequence conducted by the Lama, initiates the favorable conditions

conducive to pacifying the causes of physical, emotional and spiritual discord.

The result is a deep spiritual technique for healing, transformation, and

eradicating obstacles on all levels. Particpants lay on their side, as the four

powerful and haunting rituals are performed.

May 11: Tuesday, 7 pm MEDICINE BUDDHA: Peaceful Healing Practice

Medicine Buddha visualization and mantras is a practice that has deep healing

effects and can be done on a daily basis. Rinpoche will teach from his own

Revealed Treasure and transit the permission-blessing for this sadhana.
