Guest guest
Dear Shaktas, Is there such a place as Devi Loka, and if so how is it described? Thanks, Robert.
Guest guest
93 If U mean in mythological sense, plz try to see in Devibhagavata-purana. AFAIR it's description should occur there. I was never interested in this matter from mythological point of view, so cannot help much. Also there are some descriptions of Devi-pura/Shri-pura in Shri-vidya literature. In practical sense Devi-loka is this world . Prakriti is aspect of Shakti, thus all this world is Her loka. In yogic sense it may refer to level of consciousness above 5 elements / 5 chakras. Guest guest
Dear Arjuna, Thank you for your answer to my question. Is it true to say then that Devi-loka can be equated with Shri-pura and that this is in fact the Shri-yantra? Further is the Shri-yantra the same as the Nava-yoni chakra representing Kali surrounded by nine (triangular) Mahavidyas? And is it the Crown Chakra situated at the top of Mount Meru/Kailash=the spine? Thanks, Robert. , "Arjuna Taradasa" <bhagatirtha@m...> wrote: > 93 > > If U mean in mythological sense, plz try to see in > Devibhagavata-purana. AFAIR it's description should occur there. At least in some sense - yes. Further is the Shri-yantra > the same as the Nava-yoni chakra representing Kali surrounded by nine (triangular) Mahavidyas? Navayoni-chakra is the center part of Shri-chakra. And is it the Crown Chakra situated at the > top of Mount Meru/Kailash=the spine? No. Nine avaranas of Shri-chakra correspond to 9 chakras. Thus Shri-chakra is the whole, consciousness in it's totality. A.
