Nora : If the magoes have drop and ultimately would decay, how can it drop

again. From where?

Kanna: From the soil. The soil is the source. So loving is the soil that

somethime it is called MOTHER earth and sometimes called as SAKTHI source of

energy. She gives a chance for the spoilt mango to be born again as a tree from

its seed. Spoilt mango is given chance again and and again to be born either it

can choose to be tree this time or transform itself to another mango fruit

again .It always gets a second chance until it refines itself to become the

spark of divinity just like the TREE just like the SOIL. The source of energy

runs through all..

Nora ;And there are mangoes who look good from the outside. Nice and delicious,

but when you slice them, filled with maggots. What do you call this : The

parasite within? Where do you think the parasite comes from?

Kanna: Well that is a very interesting question.Where the asuric maggots come

from. The mango would love to blame or claim they are from the tree or other

external sources ( like the insects ,human hand and so forth) but end of the day

it is inside the mango when we open them .The mango need to be strong within to

ward of these asuric tendencies. It cannnot claim since it runs on the same

sakthi from the soil that flows through the tree then it is invincible.

And the only way it can do this is by doing....sadhana..........SAKTHI SADHANA!

Yes spritual practice to ensure divinity manifest from within. Often we do not

see these people with maggots within. They represent spiritual instituition that

has credibilty for years , quoting scripture facts , good at articulation

however one day the asuric maggots find their way out of them. They not only

destroy themself but also bring bad name to the rest of the mangoes on the tree.

Some even question how come the soil which is the source of all energy allowed

the growth of the mango on the tree. But the soil is source of all creation do

not forget the soil is all the source for all kind of worms that helps the to

keep the soil resouceful as well. So really the problem is not the soil nor the

tree but there was no cultivation of sadhana for positive growth of the mango

despite having the best tree and soil available thus the asuric maggots was

found within.

Sadhana is the key to keep the maggots away.....

How can we say it drop then. Shouldnt the right word to be assimilate

or merge with the soil, the Mother Earth. We merge with the Divine,

when we have remove the maggots and what nots. What is left is the

seed. It is this seed, implanted and sowed in the mother's womb and

reborn?

"Spoilt mango is given chance again and and again to be born either

HOw can this be? This is not the proper order of things. If you look

at the reproductive aspect of mango trees, from the seed merge with

the soil with correct environment, it grows to becomes tress then

they grow flowers and fertilisation take place and it bear fruit. If

there is no fertilisation, the tress is barren and therefore no

fruit. So where is the choice for the mangoes seed? How can a mangoes

transform itself to another mango fruit?

Yes I have to agree. Drop sounds crude merge would be better . Well some are

born back sorry I mean manifest as mango again not for himself but to guide

others .All depends on Mother's Divine Will.....

Above all the order there lies the energy that flows at background .If we agree

this energy governs. Then the governer has the abilty to change the set order if

he wish to do so . I know I would not go down well with the scientific community

to say the creator of order could change the order if he wants to . They would

definately say things follows a set pattern or order in nature but I feel if the

creator decide to change the order or rationalisation He could .So without

fertilisation and even a barren tree could produce flowers - we call it miracle

,magic, paranormal ,abnormal, defies logic or whatever but it can happen by will

of the Divine ...

But to our story the mango thinks it is ripe by external factors but fertilizer

and so forth but actually it is the potential energy within it that is guiding

him through the process. This energy flows from the tree from the soil this is

the SOURCE.The mango was only puppet in the energies hand .................All

external factor must also be present but this again are actually from the same

source . The source set this condition for growth and remove them as well if he

wants to ..............

Dear Kanna:

If spiritual aspirants are to be compared to mangoes, I would say

there are two varieties -- Renunciate and Householder (comparable to

Alfonso and Mancurado, if you will; both types being quite nice, both

having much to recommend them, and yet each having their own unique

and distinctive characteristics).

We cannot say that Alfonsos are ripe mangoes, and Mancurados are

unripe mangoes. Indeed, such a statement would be absurd: They are

separate varieties; individual specimens within either group may be

ripe or unripe. And the number of ripe specimens increases as time

goes by.

As far as maggots and other types of rot are concerned, again I

believe that both varieties are equally susceptible. One must be

careful -- any given specimen might be a bad one; but from that

single fruit one cannot judge the entire tree. Still, it is rare to

find an absolutely perfect fruit. Even the best may have a small

bruise or two (both paths have their share of bumps and potholes).

But there is at least one way in which spiritual aspirants are

different from mangoes: They are self-reflective; if they detect

maggots or other rot within them, they can reverse and cure the

process. Is not the rot tamas? Is not the sweet, perfect flesh

sattva? And is not sadhana (or the lack thereof) the process by which

either can be made into the other?

go to do the next thing . As householder we learn that whenever we

here a bad news about children somewhere in our heart our own

children come to our mind. Later any children are sick or need help

we would rush to them thinking we would expect other to do the same

for our kids if we are not there. Pretty soon our kids would have

children and later our grandchildren would have children by then

everything would look like your kid when they were small. Everybody

you meet is your relative .........some time you even forgot who is

who but all are your kids. By then you are vanaprastha. You would

start wondering really what is there in life anymore ?I would retire

not to the external forest but to forest of your thought

would become the sannyas not renounce everything in crude sense but

renouncing detachment to everything knowing everything came from the

mothers are your mother ,you love all children as your

children ,everybody is everything to you not the otherwise .Until we

are able to do this in some way we are still the unripe mango and we

need to be on the tree longer hopefully the enregy in the soil teach

us to be just like Him. To love all whether a good or bad mango and

gives birth to all .

Namaste,

Hey, sorry I've been out of pocket, but I've been at my NEW

JOB!!!!!!!!!!! (gushing)

So, anyway, I haven't really caught up and I can't find the

instructions, but I've got the mango, and I've got the picture from

the homepage, I am unmarried and I've never had children. I do own a

house. I don't have any maggots, maybe that comes later anyway, but I

do have a compost pile that I consider to be a center of sacred Earth

magic.

So, what do I do next?

Blessings,

Glad to see you again, Paulie!

Hope the new job was worth the wait, and all you hoped it would be.

*** So, what do I do next? ***

You're already doing it, just keep it up. Cultivate the sacred Earth

as Her body, sanctify your home as Her abode, and chant the

Khadgamala to purify Your Essential Self and keep the maggots at bay

until you've abandoned the premises.

Blessings back at ya

Pranam, Prainbowji. Congratulations on your new J O B!! I am so glad for you.

Good luck.

With Love

Shankaree

Let my every word be a prayer to Thee,

Every movement of my hands a ritual gesture to Thee,

Every step I take a circumambulation of Thy image,

Every morsel I eat a rite of sacrifice to Thee,

Every time I lay down a prostration at Thy feet;

Every act of personal pleasure and all else that I do,

Let it all be a form of worshiping Thee."
