Guest guest
How about if you tell us from where you are deriving your inspiration and what sort of practices you are doing and then we would have more information to teach you with. But so far you seem like a dilettante. Not that that's so bad, I mean, curiosity is fine and all, but what is your goal. If you're trying to reach Paris, then it seems like you're taking the slow tourist route through all the rest of Europe first. What do you want? This newsgroup isn't another computer programs just for some people to pop up and answer questions like Jeeves. But if you let us in, and we feel like we are making some connection then I think everyone will be glad to help. Why for anyone's sake would someone want to visualize something when they could live the reality of it? That said, the anandamaya kosha is something created based upon experience first and foremost of the Absolute pure consciousness. Then bliss is generated in the body and it becomes stable after much work over many years. You can't just have the bliss body by hoping for it, it is a yogic creation. I have just looked at many websites about anandamaya kosha, and they're all wrong. These people are all talking theory. Yoga teaches something different. However, the hrit padma, or plexus focus is part of the experience necessary to generate the yogic state of bliss. As one cojoins all the pranas in the center of the body, thus bringing them into the avadhuti, and from there moments of bliss are built up until one creates the bliss body. That's it, in a nutshell. You can't visualize bliss, rather you must experience it. As for Canda, as the website says it is a name of Durga http://www.gaminggeeks.org/Resources/KateMonk/India/Hindu-Gods/Goddesses.htm . But Durga has a hundred and a thousand names as well. - alexandra_108 Thursday, May 27, 2004 4:09 PM Re: List of questions 1. Does someone know goddess Canda Daksayani?
