I think onw can talk to him if guruji is presently there or otherwise we can get the details. For what it's worth, Sri Bhasurananda tells me that Nora will scout around as to the venue etc. for a public pooja, where all can participate. She is a good organizer and is responsible for the Shakti Sadhana group leaving the Internet on several occasions to sponsor "real-world" poojas, lectures, etc., pertaining to the Shakta path.
