I am an Ecclectic Dianic Priestess since 1974. During this time my path has had many shifts and changes but all of them leading me to the Goddess on her many guises, deeper and deeper. The 25 years of work on The Wise Woman's Tarot Book and Deck have taken me deep into many ancient and current cultures including the Tantric Path which I find quite fascinating. About 18 years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful Tantrika whose name sadly escapes me at the moment but she was the first to open the doors to the possibility of a Woman to Woman Tantric Practice. She might not put it that way, but I do and have since brought some of the Tantric Practices to Women's Festivals with great results. Also, I have found the rituals of great help in working through sexual abuse issues with friends and lovers. I let the cauldron of cultural studies brew and bubble up inside my mind til the right image showed itself and I was very happy with the result. Ironically in a meeting w/ Stuart Kaplan of US Games,years ago before I had to independently publish, he siad that what was wrong with my,fine work was that I showed too many cultures...that as I explained, WAS THE POINT!!! I can't claim to have a special qualifications to be here other than an interest in goddess spirituality and support of feminist ideals, being the father of two young daughters who deserve nothing less than every opportunity afforded their male counterparts.
