Guest guest
Why does your sexual preference or your gender have anything to do with who you feel comfortable worshiping? Saying a woman should not be Dianic because she sleeps with men, is like saying I should not worship Ganesha because I eat peanut butter! Who you sleep with and who you worship have nothing to do with eachother! I am not easily offended, but this really got me! I am pagan and in our community there are plenty of people on plenty of paths, never have I heard any pagan say that straight women can't worship the Goddess as effectively as lesbians. I help run a goddess-based festival in Memphis and this is our 6th year. Straight, lesbian, bi-sexual, Dianic and standard duality-based Wiccan all come and worship and celebrate together. Which gender they share their bed with is never an issue. Eternalwytch, why do you feel the need for all the labels? Do you beleive in reincarnation? Is there not a possibility that you were once male? Or heterosexual? Can you not see life from other people's perspectives? Did I read too much into it?>> Many are, and a few are not. Personally I cannot see being hetro and being Dianic, but some do it. _______________ On the road to retirement?
