Guest guest
Many women who come to the Pagan/Wiccan path have been damaged in some way by the men in their lives. Many are heterosexual, others are lesbian. They go to the Dianic path as it helps to heal and strengthen their energies and their belief in themselves as women of power. Some move on to include the masculine principal, some don't. I myself deal primarily with the feminine aspect but for major rituals and workings, I do include the masculine. I remember as a child finding in my aunt and uncles house some pictures of Shiva, Kali and others. I loved how they looked so much more alive and inviting than the statues in the catholic church. Those pictures showed the Gods having fun and enjoying things which made so much more sense to me than dreading life. I am glad to be here and to also recognize some names of others who are new to this group. Namaste. Hilary
