Guest guest
Greetings, I am having difficulty updating my mail preference on this site. Initially I had requested mail be sent to my e-mail address but am finding that this is such an active site and the digests are so long and so many that it would be better for me to read the posts on the home site only. However, is not recognizing my request and continues to send them to my e-mail address. Which brings me to the suggestion and I hope I don't sound arrogant but it seems that the posts are getting so long as they carry all the dialogue/history from one post to the next. May I suggest that the prior post be deleted when responding as it is always available in the original form. Light and blessings
Guest guest
Dear Lisa: Thank you for your valuable input. I've just manually reset your preferences. Sometimes it does take a while for the new setting to kick in, but usually no more than a day or so. Other times, it's instant. I agree about posts that include too much text from earlier contributions to the thread. Moderated posts do give us a chance to chop out unnecessary baggage before sending thru approval. Old timers know better. ;-) let's be careful, folks, okay? Thanks!
