Guest guest
I always understood Kali's Bija mantra as "KRIM", not "KLIM", which signifies "Kama" or sexual union... The ending is also not quite "M", but is more directed up into the sinuses, to vibrate the Third Eye and wake it up...it is pronounced more like "Krinnnggggg", the "N" starting the vibration, and then sort of settling into a "G", and then , your lips close, and the sound descends into "m" when your mouth closes at the end of the breath. If anyone is looking for a GREAT CD with all the letters pronounced in sequence, I can recommend "Chanting the Chakras" by Layne Redmond...the singing and drumming on it are first-rate, and it is great for dancing to...it is best appreciated with a quantity of good doobage as well!
