Meaning:

When got to ride the horse (breath control through

prANAyAma) that is faster than the birds, no need to

drink liquor, that itself will give the exhilaration;

Will make march with briskness; Will get rid of

laziness. We have told the fact for those who can feel

(& realize).

 

Notes:

1. The greatness of the yoga utilized by the Hindu

spiritual masters is coming out in this song. Here the

sage talks about prANAyAma. This is in fact a

technique many are using to energize themselves. (Hope

they would not stop there, but also march forward to

practice the great union with God, which is the

ultimate step of aShTanga Yoga.)
